1. Receive Your RMA Number We’ll provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 2-5 business days. 
2. Prepare Your Return 

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories. 
• Write the RMA number on the shipping label only (do not mark the box). 
• Items must be returned with 10 business days upon receipt of RMA. 

1. Ship the Item Back Ensure all original components are included to avoid rejection. 
2. Once the items are returned it can take 7-10 Business days to receive the credit minus restock fees and shipping charges.
