- Orders ship the same business day if placed by 2 PM Central Time (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours, please contact us.
- Please allow approximately one week for delivery.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes due to UPS and FedEx restrictions.
- We do not ship worldwide. US, Canada and Mexico only.

- To ensure security and prevent fraud, we verify both billing and shipping addresses.
- Orders ship fastest when the billing and shipping addresses match or when the shipping address is listed as an alternate address with your card issuer.
- To ship to a different address, contact your card issuer to add it as an alternate shipping address.

- Over 150lbs may vary from: FedEx, XPO, R&L and others
